The product used for this Human Clinical Trial was Prostamene at the dosage of 2-capsules taken orally each day in the AM.

Overview of 20-person 60-day study:

Twenty subjects with various beginning wellness levels, males over 40 years of age (15 males over 50 years of age), exercise level, and health levels are first tested with clean bodies. Clean bodies meaning they have consumed no prescription drugs, no supplements, and no special diets for 1 week prior to this first intake. Our staff consists of a Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Masters in Holistic Nutrition and Certified Nutritionists.

Conclusion

Digital rectal exam (DRE) - a procedure in which the physician inserts a gloved lubricated finger into the rectum to examine the rectum and the prostate gland for signs of cancer. Dr. Masters M.D. did this procedure.

The Digital Rectal Exam for the initial baseline screening indicated that on a scale of 1-10 where 1 is no inflammation and 10 being a state of very enlarged prostate hyperplasia these 20 subjects were rated between 7-10's. The following is a list of the subject's baseline prostate enlargement scale:

Five at level 10
Seven at level 9
Two at level 8
One at level 7


Upon the eight week testing the following levels were measured within these same subjects:

One at level 7
Five at level 5
Nine at level 4


This decrease in prostate inflammation at the end of the eight week using the Prostamene all natural products indicated a lowered rate of 38% overall.

Some General Information

Eighty percent of the time prostate enlargement is attributed to begin prostate hyperplasia. Normally, when men age the prostate gland increases in size. This enlargement of the gland puts pressure on the urethra, causing various urinary symptoms. BPH can raise PSA (prostate-specific antigen) levels two to three times higher than seen in normal levels. An increased PSA test level may not indicate you have cancer, but the higher the PSA level, the higher the chance of having cancer.
